We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located close to Rajpur Road. The best aspects were the convenient location in front of Max hospital, the complimentary breakfast that was tasty, the polite and helpful staff, and the smooth check-in experience. We were also pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary early check-in at 6.30 am. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to the main street. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice added bonus. The staff was polite and friendly.
We found the hotel to be dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture in our room was dirty and the walls were also stained.

The free breakfast was tasty and there was a helpful staff member. the location was convenient for exploring the city, with shops and restaurants nearby. the check-in process was smooth and we were allowed to check-in early.
Although the hotel seemed fancy from the outside, the interior was dirty, with stained furniture and walls. the towels were grey and the windows were terribly dirty.
